Scientific Glass and Instruments, Inc. (SGI) has over 50 years of experience in supplying quality glassware to such highly specialized fields as chromatography, environmental, cryogenics, medical, and medicine research as well as quality control in Oil Refining and Chemical Production. From the company’s beginning in 1945, under the name of Scientific Glass Blowing Company, its expertise in the age old craft of glass blowing has been the "back bone" of the firm. Through technological demands made by industry and production innovations in glassware by SGI, the company’s reputation has grown to international proportions.

	Today, SGI offers its customers a wide choice of product categories, ranging from adapters to varied configuration of boiling flasks to vacuum apparatus along with many items in between. In addition to SGI's large catalog selection of apparatus, the company also specializes in the design and fabrication of custom items for special purpose use.
